Dyersburg Electric System is a wonderful partner in education with Holice Powell. Each year they purchase a shirt for every student and staff member. To choose the design, students are allowed to submit entries in a t-shirt decorating contest. Winners receive prize money, and the first place winner’s design is printed on the shirt.
